Valentine Celebrations in Los Angeles

Beltmann Relocation Group

Valentine’s Day is one of those holidays that make you feel lucky you relocated to the Los Angeles area. With the backdrop of mountains and oceans, every day is like a celebration of love for your special someone. Here are some events in the Los Angeles area you should check out when making your Valentine’s Day plans.

Banning Museum | Tea & Tunes | February 8th, 2014

As the Banning Museum celebrates the estate’s 50th Anniversary, commemorate your love with your spouse by attending their Tea & Tunes. The theme for this event will be Paris in honor of Mary Banning Norris who spent most of her life living in Paris, France. Tea & Tunes will feature an elegant luncheon, Parisian music, and an elegant champagne toast. You and your loved one will also have the honor of a museum tour and a chance to see an exhibit especially created for this event. “Seven Layers of Modesty” features lingerie of the Victorian time period.

Ronald Reagan Presidential Library | Sweetheart’s Dinner and Dance | February 14th, 2014

Who doesn’t like the chance to dress up in your finest cocktail attire and dance the night away with your loved one? This can become a reality for those who attend the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library’s annual Valentine’s Day Sweetheart’s Dinner and Dance. You can expect a three-course meal with a champagne toast to start off your dancing. A live band will play under the wings of Air Force One. And after your feet start to wear out, take a tour of the museum and the Air Force One Pavilion. As you leave your romance-filled evening, you and your loved one will receive a single red rose in a vase to remember the moment.
