3 Workouts You Can Do Without an In-Home-Gym

If you’re in the middle of a move, can’t get to the gym or you want to get a kick-start on your workout goals for 2017 – there are lots of ways to get the work out you need right from home. We will be breaking-down a few of these simple guides for you that don’t require much to get fit fast.
Dumb Bells
Do dumb bells seem passé? They are still racked up at the gym for a reason – they work and they’re versatile. For only $20-$30 you can buy a set that can work out your whole body. We found this chart that is printable and offers ideas for how to do a full circuit with just one set. You will notice that a bench is used. You can choose to do these exercises on the floor or if you need elevation, stack up a few towels.
Body Weight Workout
This workout can be done anywhere because it requires nothing but your willingness to break a sweat. We love these workouts because they use your body weight to add challenge. If you’re a beginner, you may be able to do the push-ups from your knees until you can build up to using your full weight.
Watch TV and Get Fit
This is one of our favorites because it requires nothing but a couch and your favorite show on Netflix. Use the couch as your prop and pull off these moves in between Gilmore Girl episodes.
